Do the calibration of the slices Parameter: ———-

matSignalHi : matrix of the high gain signal (np.uint16) tmp : PRecoTemporary to be used matCalibratedSIgnal : matrix of the calibrated signal to avoid realocation (nbSlice, nbPixel, aligned with pitch)

Return:

numpy.ndarray with all the matrix of the calibrated signal
