The ninth annual Gravitational Wave Data Analysis Workshop (GWDAW-9) will take place in the immediate vicinity of Annecy, France from December 15-18 2004.

PURPOSE

GWDAW is an annual meeting devoted to data analysis for current and future gravitational wave detectors, studies of potential gravitational wave sources, and detector physics.

DATES
The workshop sessions will last three-and-one-half days, beginning in the morning about 09:00 AM on Wednesday December 15th, and ending around lunchtime 12:30 PM on Saturday December 18th. There will be a workshop dinner on the evening of Friday December 17th.

ABSTRACTS

Abstracts for talks and posters may be submitted for SOC approval henceforth and until Friday November 12th at the GWDAW-9 web site: http://lappweb.in2p3.fr/archives/GWDAW9
Submitters of abstracts for talks that cannot be accomodated in the program will be invited to prepare posters instead.

POSTERS
Posters are welcome. There will be a poster preview session when each poster presenter will advertise his/her poster with one single viewgraph to be submitted in advance. The poster viewing session will follow immediately the preview session.

PROCEEDINGS
Proceedings will be published by Classical and Quantum Gravity. Please note that while presenters are encouraged to contribute to the proceedings, they are not obligated to do so. Talks and posters will have an equal access to the proceedings.

REGISTRATION FEE
Normal registration: 230 euros (including three lunches, the workshop dinner, and a copy of the proceedings)
Late registration: 250 euros (after November 23rd)
